Payroll Processing Support
using Quickbooks
$50 per pay period processed (plus a small fee per employee)
Payroll, Without the Stress. Payroll doesn’t have to be one more thing on your plate. With VA by Design, you can expect reliable, on-time payroll processing in QuickBooks using your approved information so you can feel confident everything is handled and focus on your business.
Payroll processing is available as a stand-alone service or add-on and is completed through QuickBooks based on your established pay schedule. Services include entering approved hours, running payroll, and providing payroll summaries using information supplied by the business.
Pricing:
Payroll is billed per pay period at a $50 base rate per payroll run, plus $10 per active employee, up to 20 employees. Pricing is based on payroll frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and is billed separately from monthly support plans.
Payment Terms:
Payroll services are paid at the beginning of each month, prior to the first payroll processing date of that month.
An ongoing support plan is not required. Additional tracking needs (such as tips or commissions) may be available as an added service.
